Awake Illinois sues two school districts to protect girls from transgender oppression
Illinois Democrats express their obsession over the genitalia of children
Surrounded by a crowd of transgender activists, child protection activists with Awake Illinois attended the Naperville school district 203 board meeting Monday evening to protest the intrusion of males into girls sports and announce a civil rights complaint against the district.
Awake founder Shannon Adcock spoke to the board:
“Recently, parents in District 203 sought Awake Illinois' help after the Naper Prairie track meet, where a male competed on the girls team, winning multiple events...Most parents had no clue their daughters would be competing alongside biological males...today (May 19), Awake Illinois filed a federal civil rights complaint against District 203 with the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights for violations contravening Title IX protections...
“You have boys stealing girls' victories, leaving young girls sobbing on the track. This isn't inclusion. It's oppression. You're exploiting the boy too, and it's disgusting...to the kids caught in this mess - girls crushed on the track and the boy misled into chaos, we're so sorry. You deserve better than the adults' failures...”
Many transgender activists spoke at the meeting, accusing the child protection activists of bullying the boy who competed against girls, never addressing how their own advocacy may feel like bullying to the many girls he competed against.
A college professor tried explaining to the audience that boys don’t actually have any natural advantages over girls in sports. The only difference, she said, is that it is more socially acceptable for boys to build their muscles. As the board meeting was taking place, there was a boys track and field event next door to it. Not a single female attempted to compete against those boys. And the only male competing at the recent Naper Prairie track meet won three first-place medals.
Fox News interviewed Doug Krein, the father of a 12-year-old girl who would have won a medal if she did not have to compete against the male. "It's pretty hard to see these girls' reactions after they lose to a biological male. They're devastated...My job as a parent is to advocate for my daughter and protect her...She was visibly upset before the 200 meter race even started because she already lost to him in the 100 meter... There were two other girls ahead of my daughter. He crushed them. They were all just crushed, seeing him win again, at a girls event in Naperville... All the parents we talked to afterward were in shock and couldn't believe they were allowing boys to run against girls...”
On April 9, Awake also filed a complaint against Valley View School District 365U, where a male student was reportedly allowed to use the student female restroom last November and a female student was told to use a single use staff restroom if that made her uncomfortable.
The debate over the Naperville incident reached Springfield on May 16. Despite the fact that no Republican who spoke out against the transgender oppression of girls in sports ever made any direct reference to the genitalia of children, State Rep. Kelly Cassidy (D-Chicago) said the only reason Republicans would care about the transgender debate is if they were obsessing over the genitalia of children. State Rep. Michelle Mussman (D-Schaumburg) looked on approvingly and many Democrats applauded.
While there is no evidence any Illinois Republican lawmaker is obsessed with the genitalia of children, by simple logic it seems these Democrats revealed their own obsession with the genitalia of children - considering they equate participation in the transgender debate as such, and they are more involved in it than anyone.
